As you read this, I am on a beach with my hubby celebrating with some inspirational romance of our own on a getaway for our 25th wedding anniversary. Some of you know that I had experienced some back problems and was off of work the entire month of August. I really wanted to attend a certain writer's conference, but was not allowed to travel or fly. I got the go ahead to fly when I saw my doctor last Tuesday. Really by then, it was too late, and I was not prepared to attend the conference because I didn't think I would get the go ahead. I was sad, but it was one of those things that God had His hand in. In August, hubby and I celebrated 25 years of marriage. I couldn't go anywhere then. I did have the time off now, so hubby whisked me away to Sanibel Island, Florida for a romantic getaway where I've been shelling in the Gulf and watching spectacular sunsets with Eric. I'll share more next week.
